Flip Flop Zone does not provide any warranty or guarantee for products after they have been worn or used.

Once an item has been worn or used, Flip Flop Zone is not responsible for damage, deterioration, defects resulting from use, normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or any other issues that may occur after the product has been worn.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order has been processed and the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Flip Flop Zone is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, misdeliveries, or other issues that may occur while the package is in transit.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery delays, missing packages, delivery attempts, or other shipping-related issues.

We will provide the tracking information available for the order and may assist with information regarding the shipment when possible; however, any claims or investigations related to the package after it has been handed over to the carrier must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
